Shipping policy
We know how important it is for you to receive your package when you expect it,and in the best delivery time. We choose the best delivery companies for your needs and do our best to respect the delivery conditions announced as much as possible.
After your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Your package will be delivered between 2 and 8 working days (depending on the delivery destination and the shipping methods chosen). We are grateful for your patience and understanding in case of delays, depending on logistics companies and the possible complications.
Additional fees (administrations and/or custom costs) may be applied by the logistics companies for deliveries outside Metropolitan France.
As well, bank fees may apply to your payment, they depend on your bank. Our company, CARMA TRADING LLC, is based in the United Arab Emirates as our payment gateway Telr. Therefore, your payment is considered as an "international payment" and is subject to charges, depending on your credit card.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email update with the tracking number of your order when your package is shipped.
You can also follow the status of your order on the “Account” page.
If you are not at home when your package arrives, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox in order to pick up your parcel at the drop point, or the post office, closest to your delivery address. Depending on the shipping method chosen, extra-options may be offered to you.
